ADULT EMERGENCY SHELTER
If you are seeking emergency shelter and are of 25 years of age or older, please go in person to 23 Gordon Street, Guelph after 8 pm, 7 days per week for shelter support.
If you are seeking emergency shelter and are between the ages of 16 and 25, contact Wyndham House for shelter support. Wyndham House staff can also be reached at:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm: 226-962-3574
- Evenings and Weekends: 519-837-3892
FAMILY SHELTER
If you are a family and in immediate need of shelter please call 519-265-1323 for support.

DIVERSION LINE
If you have received a notice of eviction or are at risk of losing your housing please call our Prevention and Diversion phone line at 226-821-3345.
This line is answered Monday through Friday 8 am – 4pm.
