ADULT EMERGENCY SHELTER (EVERYDAY 8:00PM-8:00AM)
If you are seeking emergency shelter and are of 25 years of age or older, please go in person to 23 Gordon Street, Guelph after 8:00pm, 7 days per week for shelter support. Shelter staff can be reached during shelter operating hours at 519-822-1100. This is not a crisis line. This same line is answered by staff during Daytime Program operating hours. See below for Daytime Program details.
If you are seeking emergency shelter and are between the ages of 16 and 25, contact Wyndham House for shelter support. Wyndham House staff can also be reached at:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm: 226-962-3574
- Evenings and Weekends: 519-837-3892
DAYTIME PROGRAM
Stepping Stone also operates a daytime space at 23 Gordon Street, open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m and Saturday 8:00am – 8:00pm. Individuals can access support, connect with staff, and enjoy meals during operating hours.
Meal times at 23 Gordon Street:
- Coffee & Breakfast: Daily from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Lunch: Daily from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: To-go sandwiches are available.
- Saturday Light Dinner: 5:00 p.m.

FAMILY SHELTER
If you are a family and in immediate need of shelter please call 519-265-1323 for support.

128 NORFOLK HOUSING-FOCUSED SHELTER
If you wish to reach the staff at the front office at our 128 Norfolk Housing Focused Shelter, you can do so by calling 519-837-1094.
