Grace Gardens Construction Update

Like many construction projects, our Grace Gardens Permanent Supportive Housing project has been delayed as a result of supply chain issues.
Our dream of a 2022 opening has changed slightly with a new move in target of February 2023! It’s going to be a great year – we can see the finish line and cannot wait for the space to be finished and ready for our community.

Hello,
I’m concerned as to the status of the opening of Grace House & wondering if it will be move in time soon for the residents accepted to reside there.
Could you please advise as to a move in date? I have a daughter who is vulnerable, accepted to move in & hoping she can get settled there soon.

Like many construction projects in the city, Grace Gardens has been delayed again as a result of supply chain issues. After our most recent meeting with our Construction Team, the completion date has been forecasted to be some time in May 2023. We will continue to keep you updated as we progress.
